Consult and Design

Botho Investment Advisory opened their door in Dubai in 2018. They acquired a CAT B site in JBC5 tower JLT to start the MENA operations. We were request to refurbish an old-style office to represent the new fresh companies brand values. We conducted numerous site visit to evaluate the existing structure so that we could establish how to modernize and enhance the office to suit our client needs. We then set to work and came up with a design package that included layouts, detailed material lists and furniture options.

Manage and build

This project required us to work quickly as the client require an office to trad from. For a project, off this size we would normally require 6 weeks to complete. Our team dedication and fast track approach, completed this office in 3 weeks. We ran into a few issues in regards the AC system, as the existing office’s HAVC was not sufficiently been designed. We reconstructed all the ducting systems, so that it could provide a more efficient air balancing within the new layout. The new space incorporates neutral finishes throughout, using Botho’s brand guides. The finished space is the perfect balance between creativity and professionalism.

The New Space

Our design teams created a workplace that works for each and every individual at Botho and supports their day-to-day operations. The final design includes many features, open ceilings, work stations, pantry, meeting rooms and lounge areas. This finished space is functional, and offers our client the flexibility to use it for a variety of business needs.
