Consult and Design
Grayling is a multi-national leading marketing firm that was on the hunt for larger working space in Media City, due to their rapid expansion. Our team set about conducting meetings with real-estate companies to find the perfect location. We then conducted various design workshops to infuse their new space with more modern ways of working. We involved their Creative team to help us design an office that boasted there branding. & design skills.
Manage and build
We started the build by stripping the entire office out as the previous tenant had left everything behind. We installed a completely new infrastructure, which include new MEP and HAVC works. The main office floor had to be screeded due to the new desk layouts. All electrical and data floor boxes were moved to new positions to allow easy access to connect computers and servers.
The main aim for Grayling was to provide a mixture of spaces where staff could collaborate, have private conversations and get individual work done effectively. Janat's approach to reception area design combines visual impact, which defines and expresses what is special about Graylings business, with a practical focus on sight lines, storage, flow and efficiency.
The New Space
It is safe to say that Grayling isn’t afraid to add quirky finishes, responding to both their clients & worker’s needs. Their interior fit out project includes recycled timber furniture, detailed wallpaper and artwork reflecting calm and tranquil landscapes. Vibrant brand colors feature through out their office feature walls and columns. Their desk layouts provided their team the best opportunity for efficient work flow, communication and collaboration.
From green walls to the collaborative kitchens and breakout areas, this space has definitely succeeded in providing working environments and client experience, to suit a variety of personality types.
