Janat Office Fit Out began work in December 2016 in The Binary building, Business Bay. The office was given to us in a shell and core state.

We had to provide a complete turn key solution for our client the owner of the office so that he could lease the office as an investment.

All shell and core works where followed by strict guidelines set by Omniyat, TECOM and DEWA.

Janat designed the office by demolishing and merging two offices. We had to provide complete HAVC works,MEP, screed floor,partitions and all other items to complete the office.

As Janat where already approved by these governing bodies, we made a quick start.

The project was turned around in  8 weeks including permissions and inspections. Since completing this office we have also completed another three office in Binary to date.
