ACI Worldwide is a leading provider of real-time electronic payment solutions, serving a diverse range of industries globally. In Dubai, ACI has been instrumental in driving the digital transformation of the financial sector, enabling businesses to embrace digital payments and cater to the evolving needs of tech-savvy consumers. During the consultation phase, our team worked closely with the client to understand their vision and objectives. We took into consideration the desired number of staff, executive office spaces, and the need for private communication areas such as phone booths. By carefully analyzing the available space, we developed a comprehensive design plan that maximized efficiency and productivity.
Manage and build
Throughout the project, we handled all aspects of construction and coordination, overseeing every stage with meticulous attention to detail. Our dedicated project management ensured that timelines were met and quality standards were upheld.
Our skilled builders and craftsmen worked diligently to bring the design concepts to life. From the installation of concrete finish furniture to the precise placement of lighting fixtures and adjustable desks, every element was meticulously executed to create a cohesive and functional space.
Regular progress meetings and transparent communication allowed us to address any challenges promptly and make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth workflow.
Shah Aziz Shipping Lines’ new address boasts a clean and modern décor that’s diverse and adaptable to the needs of the internal team and customers. A mixture of fixed desks, ergonomic workspaces, meeting rooms, customer focused areas, document storage areas, and breakout areas better utilise the space and help create dedicated environments of productivity. While the luxury fabrics and furnishings, feature lighting, and the grey laminated floors in conjunction with the brand’s colours and brick wallpaper on the main feature wall add a personal touch of elegance to the commercial space.
Together, this diversity of elements helped create a work ambience with a cost-effective fit out that packed the wow factor.

The result is a thoughtfully planned and executed office space that fulfills the desired requirements, embraces modern design elements, and fosters a productive and inspiring atmosphere.
