Consult and Design
House Of Comms is an independent, award-winning integrated communications agency based in the UAE. Janat has been working with HOC since 2014. We have worked with their team to this present date on various builds within Motor City. Due to space issues in their existing office and to accommodate their rapid growth, they have acquired numerous offices in the same building. Working with their management team, we undertook several design workshops to settle on the finished scheme and ensure our solution would captured their unique identity of all their previous builds.
Manage and build
We merged their original office with the new space without losing the original offices look and feel. Our project managers worked closely with HOC to precure the correct lighting and furniture to bring out the charm of an industrial look office. Lighting played a major role in completing this office as we used LED retro lights and bespoke feature light for the meeting areas. All the AC grills where all powder coated and the AC ducting was sound proofed. This project took just under four weeks to complete by our team including all permissions.
The New Space
We created new meeting areas which included a lounge/break out area for staff and clients. These areas where decorated using concrete paint finishes, wall papers with bespoke lighting. Features wall included moss live walls and neon signs. The new office has brought a more creative and collaborative environment. The immaculate think area features green live wall with individual screens providing the opportunity for both formal and informal meetings. The latest technology and modern work practices have defined House Of Comms new office as a pioneer for future designs. We now maintain a close relationship with HOC to maintain all their office going forward.
