Di salvo realty is a real estate consulting and services company that works with real estate investors and developers around the world, accumulating extensive experience in the international market. The objective of the office interior fit out project in Dubai Business Bay was to create a sleek and minimalist workspace spanning approximately 1500 sq.ft. The client wanted a clean and contemporary design that would foster productivity and inspire creativity among their employees. With a focus on simplicity and functionality, our team embarked on transforming the space into a modern office environment that would reflect the client's brand and vision.

Manage and build

The build process of this project involved meticulous planning and attention to detail. We began by conducting a thorough analysis of space to understand its limitations and possibilities. The design concept revolved around a monochromatic color palette, utilizing various shades and tints of black and white to create clean lines and a visually harmonious atmosphere. Our team divided the space into different functional areas, including executive offices, a discussion area, a boardroom, and an open working area. This segmentation allowed for optimized workflow and efficient space utilization.

The New Space

The newly designed and executed interior space truly embodies the minimalist aesthetics our client desired. The open working area features a striking black open ceiling, complemented by pristine white walls that create a stark yet captivating contrast. In the closed areas, white gypsum ceilings add a touch of elegance and sophistication. To ensure uniformity and coherence, we used carpet and LVT flooring in the same color grade throughout the office. Lighting played a crucial role in enhancing the overall ambience, with black fixtures discreetly distributed as linear lights or spots, adding a modern touch to the space.
