Our warehouse interior fit out project in Dubai's Jebel Ali Industrial Area for Dryad General Trading LLC was an ambitious undertaking that required careful planning and meticulous design. The initial phase involved extensive consultations with the client to understand their specific requirements and vision for the warehouse space. As a leading interior fit out company in Dubai, we leveraged our expertise and experience to create a comprehensive design that maximized the 15,000 sq.ft area efficiently and effectively. The design process incorporated modern and functional elements, keeping in mind the client's need for a contemporary workspace with a touch of industrial aesthetics.

Manage and build

Once the design was finalized, our team swung into action, managing the entire fit out project from start to finish. The primary challenge was completing the project within a tight timeframe of 8 weeks. We executed the construction and fit out works with utmost precision and coordination, ensuring that each element was meticulously crafted. The highlight of the project was the construction of a mezzanine floor inside the warehouse, creating an elegant office room and a well-equipped meeting room. To ensure safety, metal rails were installed around the mezzanine area. In addition, we designed and installed sturdy metal shelves for efficient storage, enabling the client to make the most of the available vertical space. The warehouse's entire area received a fresh coat of paint, enhancing the ambiance with a clean and professional look. Moreover, we incorporated a brand-new kitchen, catering to the staff's needs and creating a more productive work environment.

Shah Aziz Shipping Lines’ new address boasts a clean and modern décor that’s diverse and adaptable to the needs of the internal team and customers. A mixture of fixed desks, ergonomic workspaces, meeting rooms, customer focused areas, document storage areas, and breakout areas better utilise the space and help create dedicated environments of productivity. While the luxury fabrics and furnishings, feature lighting, and the grey laminated floors in conjunction with the brand’s colours and brick wallpaper on the main feature wall add a personal touch of elegance to the commercial space.

Together, this diversity of elements helped create a work ambience with a cost-effective fit out that packed the wow factor.

The New Space

The completion of the interior fit out project in just 8 weeks left us with a transformed and inspiring workspace. The innovative addition of the mezzanine floor not only expanded the usable area but also provided a private and comfortable space for the office and meetings. The metal rails around the mezzanine ensured safety without compromising on the aesthetics. The custom-built metal shelves provided ample storage for the warehouse's inventory, optimizing the available space. The newly painted warehouse now radiates a sense of professionalism and efficiency. The addition of a modern kitchen further enhanced the functionality of the workspace, catering to the staff's needs and fostering a positive work environment.
