Located in the prestigious Business Central Towers on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, our office interior fitout project for Finsbury FZ LLC, a financial services company based in Dubai, encompassed a sprawling area of approximately 3,105 square feet. The objective of this project was to create a modern and functional workspace that reflects the client's brand identity while optimizing productivity and comfort for employees. Through meticulous planning and execution, we successfully transformed the office space, delivering a remarkable outcome within a short span of 5 weeks.

Manage and build

The build process of this office fit out project in Dubai was executed with utmost precision and efficiency. Following a turnkey approach, our team ensured a comprehensive solution from concept to completion. The design incorporated a harmonious blend of elements, starting with wooden flooring in the common areas, providing an elegant and timeless aesthetic. In the executive offices, plush carpeting was chosen to enhance comfort and add a touch of sophistication. To create a visually striking environment, dome lighting was strategically installed in the open areas, accentuating the overall ambiance. Additionally, closed offices featured coves in the ceiling, adorned with strip lighting for a modern and sleek appearance. Selected walls were adorned with stylish wallpaper finishes, adding depth and personality to the space. The furniture selection comprised a mix of black and white pieces, lending a contemporary touch to the overall design.

Shah Aziz Shipping Lines’ new address boasts a clean and modern décor that’s diverse and adaptable to the needs of the internal team and customers. A mixture of fixed desks, ergonomic workspaces, meeting rooms, customer focused areas, document storage areas, and breakout areas better utilise the space and help create dedicated environments of productivity. While the luxury fabrics and furnishings, feature lighting, and the grey laminated floors in conjunction with the brand’s colours and brick wallpaper on the main feature wall add a personal touch of elegance to the commercial space.

Together, this diversity of elements helped create a work ambience with a cost-effective fit out that packed the wow factor.
