Consult and Design
Huda Beauty, the globally renowned makeup brand, approached us to transform their 2,200 sqft office space in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. The brief was clear: create a functional, modern, and minimal workspace that reflects the brand’s contemporary identity. During the consult and design phase, we collaborated closely with the client to understand their operational needs and brand ethos. Our focus was on blending aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that the space could foster creativity while maintaining a professional environment.
Manage and build
The manage and build phase took 8-10 weeks to complete, meticulously executing every detail of the design. The office was planned to accommodate 25 workstations in an open layout, a large conference room for 20 people, a private meeting room for 4, a manager’s office, and a pantry with high tables and a dry pantry unit. Modern touches were incorporated throughout, with SPC flooring enhancing the sleek, contemporary feel. The project involved precise joinery, seamless partitioning, and careful attention to lighting and finishes to maintain the minimal and clean aesthetic.
The New Space
The completed space is a testament to modern interior fit-out design in Dubai. The open work area encourages collaboration while offering an uncluttered, stylish environment. The conference and meeting rooms are designed to be functional yet elegant, and the pantry provides a social hub with high tables and practical amenities. Overall, the office balances functionality with minimalistic beauty, creating a workspace that aligns with Huda Beauty’s brand image and vision. This project highlights how thoughtful design and meticulous execution can transform an office into a modern, productive, and visually appealing environment.
