Our office interior fitout project in Motor City, Dubai, spanning an area of 2200 sq.ft, was completed in a remarkable 4-week timeframe. With a focus on creating a modern and functional space, the design concept revolved around keeping most of the area open, fostering a sense of airiness and flow throughout the office. The layout was thoughtfully curated, with dedicated spaces for a meeting room, manager's office, and a strategic addition of storage facilities. To enhance the ambiance, ample space was allocated for showcasing materials and catalogues. while the meeting room stood out with its eye-catching accent-colored furniture. Infusing nature into the design, we incorporated frozen moss frames and a lush green wall, adding a touch of natural serenity to the workspace.

Manage and build

The successful execution of the project hinged on seamless management and meticulous construction. Our experienced team coordinated efficiently, ensuring that every aspect of the design came to life with precision. The project's tight 4-week timeline demanded a well-structured workflow, and our experts rose to the challenge of managing the various tasks effectively. The build works included installing high-quality vinyl flooring throughout the office, providing a durable and stylish foundation. The walls were elegantly finished in pristine white, creating a bright canvas for the innovative design elements. For lighting, we opted for linear fixtures above workstations, optimizing productivity and illuminating the space efficiently. To highlight specific areas and elevate the overall aesthetic, feature lighting was strategically positioned, enhancing the ambiance and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The New Space

The completed office interior fit out at Apex Atrium in Dubai now boasts a rejuvenating and inspiring workspace, fostering creativity and collaboration. The open-plan layout encourages a sense of unity among team members, while the thoughtfully designed meeting room, adorned with striking accent furniture, offers a sophisticated and functional space for important discussions. The integration of greenery, from the captivating green wall to the visually appealing frozen moss frames, brings an element of nature indoors, promoting a refreshing and calming environment. The choice of white-finished furniture enhances the modern aesthetic, harmonizing seamlessly with the overall design. This innovative office space strikes a balance between aesthetics and functionality, making it an ideal work environment.
