Kayali, a leading perfume brand known for its refined aesthetic and elegant fragrances, approached us to design their new office located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai. With a total area of 2000 sq. ft., the client envisioned a workspace that would balance functionality with the brand’s modern and minimal identity. Our design team began by understanding Kayali’s operational needs and the essence of their brand — sophisticated, clean, and contemporary. The goal was to create a cohesive environment that reflects the brand’s DNA while providing a highly functional space for daily operations.

The project was completed within an 8–10 week schedule, during which our team carefully managed every stage of the build to ensure quality and timely delivery. The requirement was to accommodate as many workstations as possible while keeping the space open and collaborative. Sound pods were strategically placed to provide privacy when needed — their movable design offering flexibility to reconfigure the layout as the team grows. The pantry area was designed with high tables and a dry pantry unit, creating a casual yet stylish spot for breaks and quick discussions. Modern elements and clean detailing were applied throughout, paired with SPC flooring for durability and a seamless look.
