Menzies Aviation Dome Tower
Consult and Design
Our collaboration with Menzies, an esteemed aviation services company, began with an in-depth consultation to understand their needs and vision for a state-of-the-art penthouse office at Dome Tower, JLT Cluster N. The project demanded a design that not only reflected Menzies' brand identity but also provided a functional and inspiring workspace for their team. We focused on integrating their brand color, blue, into the design theme through carpets, wall colors, and partition colors, ensuring a cohesive and professional look. The design phase involved meticulous planning to allocate meeting rooms and boardrooms on the lower floor, while the reception and open working area were strategically placed on the top floor, maximizing space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Manage and build
The manage and build phase of this 8-week project was executed with precision and attention to detail. Our team coordinated seamlessly to ensure the timely delivery of materials and the flawless execution of the design plan. The open spaces were fitted with SPC flooring, while the closed spaces featured carpet flooring to delineate different work zones. Lighting played a crucial role in enhancing the ambiance; linear lights were installed in the open areas, and spotlights were strategically placed in closed spaces and on bulkheads. To add a touch of sophistication, feature lights were incorporated to highlight key areas. Throughout the project, we maintained a focus on quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that every element from the grey floors to the white walls and skirting, and the grey ceiling, was perfectly aligned with the design vision.
The New Space
The final result is a stunning penthouse office that embodies Menzies' brand and values. The lower floor's meeting rooms and boardrooms provide a professional setting for client interactions and team discussions, while the upper floor's reception and open working area foster collaboration and productivity. The use of the brand color blue as an eye-catching element throughout the office adds a vibrant yet professional touch. The grey floors, complemented by white walls and skirting, create a modern and sleek environment, while the grey ceiling adds depth and character. The branding work done throughout the office is a testament to Menzies' identity, making a lasting impression on visitors and employees alike. This project highlights our expertise in interior fitout, delivering a space that not only meets but exceeds our client's expectations.
