The manage and build phase of the project saw a seamless execution of the design plans. The chemical laboratory area was revamped with ceramic tiles featuring a glossy, smooth finish to withstand potential chemical spills and facilitate easy cleaning. In contrast, the adjoining office spaces were outfitted with SPC flooring and carpet tiles to enhance comfort and aesthetics. We incorporated the client's brand colors—pink and teal—into the walls of all rooms, creating a cohesive and vibrant look throughout the facility. The ceiling design varied according to the specific needs of each space, including open ceilings, closed plain gypsum ceilings, and 60x60 gypsum ceiling tiles. Lighting was strategically installed to match the ceiling types, with linear lights, pendants, spots, and 60x60 fixtures tailored to provide optimal illumination for different areas.
