Consult and Design
Studio Am Am is a creative audio production studio located in Dubai Media City that specialize in sound design, music composition, voice-over recording, and mixing for various industries. The objective of our recent office interior fitout project in Dubai Media City was to create a dynamic and inspiring workspace that would reflect the client's brand identity and foster productivity. With a total area of 1600 sq.ft., our goal was to design a space that combined functionality with aesthetics, providing employees with a comfortable environment conducive to collaboration and innovation.
Manage and build
The build process for this office fitout project involved meticulous planning and execution. We began by collaborating closely with the client to understand their specific requirements and vision for the space. Our team of skilled architects and designers then developed a comprehensive plan that incorporated the client's preferences while optimizing the available area. From obtaining necessary permits to managing the construction process, we ensured seamless coordination to deliver the project within the stipulated timeline and budget.
Shah Aziz Shipping Lines’ new address boasts a clean and modern décor that’s diverse and adaptable to the needs of the internal team and customers. A mixture of fixed desks, ergonomic workspaces, meeting rooms, customer focused areas, document storage areas, and breakout areas better utilise the space and help create dedicated environments of productivity. While the luxury fabrics and furnishings, feature lighting, and the grey laminated floors in conjunction with the brand’s colours and brick wallpaper on the main feature wall add a personal touch of elegance to the commercial space.
Together, this diversity of elements helped create a work ambience with a cost-effective fit out that packed the wow factor.
The New Space
The new interior space we designed and executed for this project exudes elegance and sophistication. With a complete turnkey approach, we carefully selected wooden and white finish furniture to create a contemporary and timeless look. The overall bright ambience is achieved through a combination of natural and artificial lighting.
